Position : Accounting Assistant

Key Responsibilities :

• Accounts Payable (AP) : Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure timely payments to vendors.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) : Assist in managing customer accounts, posting payments, and resolving outstanding balances.
• Collections : Work diligently to recover overdue payments while maintaining positive customer relationships.
• Backup for Payroll : Provide support to the payroll team as needed, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of previous experience in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
