Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous Administrative Assistant to join our team located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be entrusted with various tasks, including document management, client interaction, and general administrative duties. This role offers a short-term contract employment opportunity and is a key function within our operations.

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound emails and phone calls.
• Accurately process and manage documents through scanning.
• Handle deposit slips with utmost attention to detail.
• Order necessary supplies as per the requirement.
• Distribute mail in a timely and organized manner.
• Attend to clients entering the building as necessary.
• Undertake various administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks including data entry and scheduling appointments.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout all interactions.
Other requirements for the Administrative Assistant position include and are not limited to:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service
• Experience with data entry tasks
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
• Proficiency in scheduling appointments effectively
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
