We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant near Mahwah, New Jersey. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and handling paperwork, using Microsoft Office Suite tools.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain spreadsheets for vendors, tracking lead time and price

• Regularly follow up with vendors regarding outstanding purchase orders

• Request any missing paperwork from vendors upon product receipt

• Potential involvement in purchase order entry

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint for various administrative tasks

• Process and manage paperwork efficiently and accurately.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required
• Ability to handle Email Correspondence effectively and professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Capable of managing and organizing Paperwork
• Experience in Processing Paperwork efficiently
