Camden County Logistics in has positions available at our off site location on Eastern Long Island NY is looking for auto mechanics to join our 20 plus person strong team. Our repair facility is located in Ronkonkoma , NY . Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and hard-working. Enjoy working in a self paced environment fast moving shop.

Able to work on all Makes and Models of vehicles cars and light duty trucks.

Full and Part time Available

5 Day work week

Days and Nights available

Hourly with incentive based bonuses

Job Title: Auto Mechanic

Responsibilities:

• Examine vehicles based on internal work orders and assess the necessary repairs.
• Provide clear and detailed estimates for completing repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, checking fluid levels, and rotating or balancing tires.
• Replace or repair worn-out parts as needed to ensure vehicle functionality and safety.
• Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and any parts used.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as an auto mechanic is a plus.
• Strong verbal communication skills to explain repairs and estimates to customers.
• Proficient in the use of tools and equipment required for vehicle repairs.
• Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
