in Pittsburgh, PA

The candidate should be driven self-starter with a proactive approach to serving clients at all levels. Professional problem-solver and the ability to provide legal counsel on critical issues essential. Excellent organizational and project management skills needed. 7-10 years of Bankruptcy & Restructuring ( Must have)
Admission to Pennsylvania Bar Must have)
Familiarity with local rules of various bankruptcy courts
Must have the ability to maintain and expand client relationships
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Portable books of business are a plus, not required.
Regular court appearances in bankruptcy cases, receiverships, and related litigation
Will include material involvement in a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and litigation matters
Strong research and writing skills
Ability to handle multiple projects effectively
Client-facing experience
Ability to work well with a team
Detail-oriented and organized
