Job Description

Position Overview : As a Service BDC (Business Development Center) Representative , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with scheduling service appointments, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless service experience. Your role is crucial in maintaining positive customer relationships and driving business growth through effective communication. Key Responsibilities : Respond to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Schedule and confirm service appointments to optimize shop capacity. Follow up with customers regarding service reminders, satisfaction surveys, and service updates. Maintain accurate customer information and detailed notes within our CRM system. Proactively reach out to customers for service promotions, recalls, and recommended maintenance. Collaborate with service advisors and technicians to ensure a smooth customer experience. Achieve monthly performance targets for service appointments and customer satisfaction. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Prior experience in a call center, customer service, or automotive service environment is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other digital tools.
