Blending Technician - $19 to $25 an hour
2-2-3 Schedule (straight shifts)
Both Day and Nights are Available 6:30 to 6:30 

We are seeking a Blending Operator position for our Client that is within a fast paced and growing Manufacturer in Green Bay, WI. This person will join the Production Team and will help ensure the accurate blending of materials & product according to client specifications. The Primary duties will be to help ensure the safe, efficient and continuous operation of assigned blending products and equipment on a daily basis. Ensure quality products are produced in the appropriate quantity and within specifications. If you have some production and machine operation experience, are detail oriented and can work independently - we want to talk to you!

What’s the Job - Job Duties

• Monitor the systems to ensure quality and quantity of product
• Understand and perform various quality system checks and measurements
• Blend product according to customer guidelines
• Troubleshoot processing systems as needed
• Perform daily process rounds, taking & logging various measurements & levels

What’s Needed - Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be Detail oriented
• Proficiency with computers, calculators and measurements
• Experience within a manufacturing environment (food production preferred)
• Machine operation - preferred
• Good computer and data entry skills
• Forklift experience helpful
• Must be a quick learner, able to work independently, and self motivated
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks.
