We are looking to hire a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage records and information
• Plan and maintain work facilities
• Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager
• Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
• Perform multiple tasks within a reasonable amount of time
• Safety Policies and Procedures

• Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Strong leadership qualities

Location of work: As we specialize in the transportation of goods the main routes are between the Canadian Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and the Northwestern United States
Type of Employment: Full time–Permanent.
