We focus on high-end luxury residential real estate. We are looking for a Residential PM immediately who will be responsible for our highest product line.

Job Details Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Draftsman/Architect who will play a pivotal role in our customization process. This position is client-facing and requires excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless, collaborative experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical drafting skills, and the ability to transform client ideas into actionable designs for our construction and design teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients (virtually or in person) to discuss customization options and capture their vision.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for custom elements tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with the Design Center and Construction Staff to ensure smooth implementation of custom features.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure designs adhere to industry standards, building codes, and company guidelines.
What We’re Looking For:
o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in drafting or architectural design (high-end residential preferred).
o Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
o Strong ability to create detailed construction and shop drawings.
o Exceptional client communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to customization.
o Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
o Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
o Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field (preferred but not required).
