We take pride in delivering top-quality results and exceptional customer service. As we continue to grow, were looking for a dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team!

Job Overview:
As a Carpet Cleaning Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning carpets in residential and commercial spaces. You will assess each job, determine the best cleaning methods, and use specialized tools and products to restore carpets to like-new condition. If you enjoy hands-on work, providing excellent service, and have a knack for sales, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Visit homes and offices to assess and clean carpets
• Use various tools, techniques, and cleaning solutions to remove stains and dirt
• Pre-treat tough stains and use specialized cleaning equipment
• Operate drying machines to speed up the drying process
• Move and reset furniture as needed for cleaning
• Provide excellent customer service and answer client questions
• Recommend and upsell additional services and products

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in carpet cleaning is a plus but not required we offer training!
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and equipment is a bonus
• Physically capable of lifting furniture and standing for extended periods
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
