About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) for an international assignment. The CMO will be responsible for providing medical supervision, direction, and leadership in all aspects of healthcare delivery. This includes direct oversight of various medical departments such as Emergency Medical Service, Laboratory, Pharmacy, Radiology, Public Health, and Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will supervise all medical staff, establish strategic direction for medical services, and ensure the operational effectiveness of the physician services program. The CMO will also be involved in clinical and strategic planning, development of medical protocols, and training programs for healthcare personnel. Applicants for the CMO position must have a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an approved medical school, with a minimum of 15 years of clinical experience and an additional 5 years in a healthcare leadership role. The role requires a current, unrestricted U.S. medical license, board certification in a relevant specialty, and current certifications in ACLS, ATLS, and CPR. The CMO will be expected to have executive-level interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a matrix environment, and recent clinical experience. Other requirements include a valid U.S. driver's license, a U.S. passport, and the ability to pass a security background check and drug screen. The position also demands proficiency in English and basic word processing, as well as a commitment to safety and the company's standards.
