They receive thousands of membership inquiries from professionals looking to join their organization every week. As a phone sales representative you will follow up with these applications, conduct a brief qualifying interview, and enroll/sell the qualified applicants using a soft one call close

Work from the comfort of your own home, 9am – 6pm EST working schedule Monday through Friday.

The Client Relations Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Contacting and setting appointments with applicants
  • Following up with applicants and conducting a qualifying interview that focuses on their professional background and history
  • Building rapport and cultivating one to one relationships with applicants
  • Presenting membership programs to newly qualified members as well as explaining product and service offering
  • Close prospect into paid accounts using our proven sales methods
  • Warm leads provided to you daily from our marketing team
  • Managing client relationships by continually following up with members to learn more about recent activities and achievements
  • Provide outstanding service to our professional clientele
  • Must be comfortable spending 95% of your day on the phones speaking with prospective clients

Requirements:

Each day as a Client Relations Coordinator you will speak to a plethora of diverse professionals and executives across the US and Canada. Therefore, it's imperative that the candidate is patient, motivated, well spoken, and has good diction. It's also important that the candidate is educated and able to speak intelligently on wide variety of topics.

Additionally, the candidate must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Superior communication skills are necessary
  • Desire to work hard and succeed
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Ability to stay focused, on task, and proper time management skills
  • An entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
  • Be outgoing and engaging as to build rapport and a rock solid relationship with clients
  • Basic technological skills - must be able to use the Internet for basic job functions
  • Previous sales experience a plus but not a requirement
  • Candidates that possess a strong work ethic
    • A high degree of focus
    • Who are well spoken
    • Coachable
    • Have the desire to succeed

As a work from home Client Relations Coordinator, you will need the following equipment in order to be eligible for the position:

  • Laptop/desktop computer running Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.13 or newer. Tablets/Chromebooks are not compatible.
  • High speed broadband internet access (minimum 7mbs up/down) – NO mobile internet.
  • Must have a wired USB Headset with over the mouth microphone to connect to computer
  • A quiet, dedicated area to work in your home or office
  • Microsoft Teams account

Compensation & Benefits

  • A competitive base salary - this is commensurate with your skill set and previous experience.

  • Most CRC's earn between $55,000 - $75,000/yr, with the top earners making $85,000/yr+
  • Office is closed for all major national holidays
