Job Description: As a Clinical Informatics Analyst, you will design, develop, configure, implement, and support the Client Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) guidelines, project management standards, and quality policies. This role involves providing technical leadership, creating software design documents, and delivering training and guidance to staff to ensure the EHR solution meets user requirements. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, configure, and implement the Client EHR system in compliance with ALM guidelines. Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle. Analyze and document business workflows based on health standards and system requirements. Customize and evaluate system configurations to meet healthcare business needs. Deliver technical training and support to healthcare staff in various settings. Develop and maintain software design documents and process diagrams. Apply agile development methodologies for system enhancements and updates. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system alignment with organizational objectives. Support quality assurance and testing efforts to validate system performance. Stay current on industry standards and emerging technologies in healthcare informatics. Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies: Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management methodology and technical system analysis principles. Strong documentation skills for workflow processes based on health standards and implementations. Experience customizing, evaluating, configuring, and analyzing EHR systems and workflows. Proven ability to provide technical training and support in healthcare environments. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and software design principles. College-level degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or related curriculum is preferred; equivalent experience is acceptable. Direct experience with system and technical configuration is required. Background in healthcare or electronic healthcare technology is highly desired.
