Position Overview:
We offer a supportive work environment with competitive compensation. Our team takes care of all insurance credentialing and billing processes, so you can focus on providing excellent care to your clients. You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends, to best meet your needs and those of your clients. All client notes should be generated in our HIPAA-compliant, EMR system (inSync) within 24 hours of service provision.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule client appointments in accordance with program standards.
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results.
Provide weekly individual and/or family therapy sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
Document all services provided in a timely and accurate manner within our HIPAA-compliant, cloud-based EMR system.
Maintain effective and respectful communication with clients, their families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ensure all practices and documentation comply with relevant standards (COMAR and CARF).
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a behavioral health field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy) or a Doctorate in Psychology.
Active clinical license to practice in the State of Maryland as an LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or licensed psychologist.
Proficiency with technology and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
Must provide a PDF of your Maryland CAQH profile/application.
Active malpractice insurance.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Must pass criminal background checks and child protective services background screenings.
Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Compensation:
Salary is based on licensure level and relevant paid experience in diagnosing and treating mental illness.
