Job Opportunity: Licensed Therapist (LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or Licensed Psychologist)

What You'll Be Doing:
Flexible Scheduling: Set your hours to work when it's convenient for you, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Client Care: Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide weekly individual or family therapy sessions using various therapeutic approaches.
Documentation: Record your notes within 24 hours of service in our secure, HIPAA-compliant EMR system.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Compliance: Maintain high standards of care and ensure all practices and documentation align with industry guidelines, including COMAR and CARF standards.
What We Need from You:
A Master's degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy), or a Doctorate in Psychology.
An active clinical license to practice in the State of Maryland as an LCSW-C, LPC, LCMFT, or licensed psychologist.
Proficiency with technology, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Current malpractice insurance coverage.
Current First Aid and CPR certification.
Ability to pass criminal and child protective services background checks.
A valid Maryland driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
