The College Recruiter is responsible for supporting Ross Stores' growth plans by attracting and recruiting Intern talent across multiple functions for the Buying Offices. In partnership with the College Relations team, manage full life cycle recruitment at targeted schools, and plan and execute a best in class Internship program. The base salary range for this role is $64,000 - $80,000.
