Office Intern Position
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment? SVN | Wood Properties is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Office Interns to join our dynamic team. This paid internship provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to the day-to-day operations of a thriving commercial real estate firm, and build valuable skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

• Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management.
• Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.
• Conduct research and contribute to ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with various departments to gain exposure to office operations.

Daily Office Maintenance

• Answer the door and greet visitors as needed.
• Restock drinks and snacks, ensuring all supplies are kept up to
• date.
• Monitor and manage office supplies (e.g., paper, copier ink, snacks, drinks) and
• notify the Office Manager when supplies are running low.
• Take out the trash and replace trash bags when needed.
• Coordinate and track lunch orders, ensuring timely pickup as per the office schedule.

Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks

• Run errands for Advisors, Property Managers, and office staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
