Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concept Art Lead to join our team as a principal. The ideal candidate will be a creative and visionary leader, responsible for driving the concept of our product and creating visual assets to align both customer and internal teams on the overall feel and visual direction of the product.

As a Concept Art Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring the team and customers through highly engaging visual assets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex design challenges and drive the development of innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio of concept art and design work
  • Experience leading the development of the concept and visual direction of a product.
  • Proficiency in concept art and design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
