Potential future ownership

We are seeking to add the new position of Manager of Operations and Construction to become an integral part of our team! You will coordinate and oversee the organization's daily operations and oversee all aspects of construction projects.

• Manage and improve operational and construction practices
• Allocate resources and materials to meet project deadlines
• Track and forecast operational trends and analysis
• Deliver accurate, orderly, and timely transition of projects from the estimating phase, through construction, to project completion
• Have a high level of knowledge with multiple types of agreements, including contracts, purchase orders, and insurance documents
• Provide daily operations oversight for field and office administration teams
• Formalize policies and procedures in accordance to HR regulations
• Actively communicate with the President, clients, subcontractors, field superintendent and office manager

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in operations or other related fields
• Strong project management skills
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• High level "Go-Getter" who is customer service and sales oriented, as well as being a jack of all trades, ready to tackle any problem that comes up in a small company
