WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Strategic creative thinker and leader with an emphasis on visual expression. Responsible for the institutional knowledge of their client’s visual brand standards and language and the consistency and application of it. Completely owns one or more work-streams. Is a trusted partner to clients, BL and strategists. Works alongside strategy and BLs to shape briefs/strategic approach. Owns, develops and directs overarching ideas. Has oversight over creative teams from ACD on down. Guides, shapes and develops ideation from subordinates. Manages inter-team issues, guides subordinates toward advancement, collaborates on team capabilities and structures, identifies problem areas and opportunities and works with teams across the agency to create solutions.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)
Responsible for concepting with the integrated team to deliver the best, most innovative creative ideas while maintaining a cohesive brand voice/identity.
Supporting concepts and layouts with clear rationale.
Collaborate with team and offer innovative ideas for creative briefs and strategy.
Track multiple parallel deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
Successful execution of activations within established budgets and timeframe and on strategy.
Partners successfully with other creatives and across multi-disciplinary teams.
Presents work internally.
Directly manages and mentors multiple teams.
Actively participates/contributes to brainstorms.
Stay abreast of industry and technology trends.
Articulates vision, idea, objectives to vendor.
Attends on-site visits and shoots as needed to ensure the vision comes to life.
Becomes client facing with supervision from CD and above.
Supporting Momentum’s values.
All other duties as required.
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)
College degree with focus in Art Direction.
10+ years of experience.
Innovative concepting skills and great presentation skills.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills.
Positive attitude, genuine team player, and a self-starter.
Proven track record of leading teams to successful activations.
SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
