Must have) Admission to Pennsylvania Bar ( Must have) Experience in the representation of unsecured creditors, financial institutions, equipment sellers/lessors, and/or collection for taxing Understanding civil procedure, debt collection, and judgment enforcement, an excellent courtroom presence, and a solid commitment to achieving successful outcomes for our clients.
