Job Details Job Location Wenatchee - Wenatchee, WA Position Type Full Time Education Level Graduate Degree Salary Range $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Up to 50% Description Position Summary: The Crisis Services Lead Manager is responsible for coordination and collaboration with the community in relationship to the full scope of Catholic Charities Crisis Services provided within the North Central region. This position has a primary leadership and development role with the jail, courts, police, hospital and other community programs. This position will work to ensure internal community collaboration occurs with Crisis, Diversion, Mobile Crisis, PACT, and all other programs and departments for a coordinated approach. The Crisis Services Lead Manager will work directly with law enforcement and the Jail Services team to provide mental health services to the jails in designated counties, work to prevent incarceration for mentally ill individuals and focus on reintegration following incarceration. In working with the police, the jail and the court system the Crisis Services Lead will facilitate improvements to the mental health system of care. Carry out the mission of Catholic Charities and work collaboratively with the North Central Director, North Central Director of Behavioral Health, Director of Clinical Practice, and Outpatient Services Lead Manager in developing and implementing an effective mental health delivery system to meet the needs of mentally ill individuals. The Crisis Lead Manager will directly supervise the Crisis Manager, Diversion Manager, Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) Manager, PACT Manager and Jail Services Manager. Responsibilities: Implement crisis and related behavioral health services in the North Central region in collaboration with community partners. In partnership with Jail Services Manager, Crisis Manager, Diversion Manager and MCI Manager, and under the leadership of the North Central Director, implement effective mental health services in the Chelan/Douglas area and services in other designated counties. Focus on ways to stabilize high risk individuals at risk of hospitalization and incarceration through Crisis Intervention services with the collaboration of law enforcement and other community partners Attend state Designated Crisis Responder meetings and provide training to keep staff current with WAC and legal system changes Oversee all contract requirements related to Crisis, Diversion, and Jail Services Develop professional relations with Beacon ASO and other founders Monitor and approve expenses as appropriate Respond to all contract deliverables on timely basis Participate in planning and reporting calls Develop and implement a cohesive team to oversee the array of crisis and diversion services Provides clinical and administrative supervision to the Crisis, Diversion and MCI Manager ensuring that agency policies and procedures are followed in the delivery of services Educate and mentor staff at all levels on principles of crisis intervention and recovery-based services to ensure that when appropriate, programs operating using a recovery framework in tandem with medication and treatment services Model team approach for team members that facilitate positive communication and cooperation between all staff Communicate in a professional manner that promotes team work, dignity, positive relationships, trust and respect among team members Monitors staff efforts in linking and coordinating with internal and external services and other activities that demonstrate good clinical management of individuals with serious mental illness Provide back-up for the Crisis Intervention team and provide assistance in emergent crisis situations, as indicated Quality Improvement Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington
