ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member - Onboarding Specialist with Jim Spachman - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complete the new customer onboarding process for all new clients.
• Follow up on forms and information needed from new customers.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Must be able to commute to our office, role will be remote but only after initial training period.
