Job Overview:
We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers by answering questions, providing product and service information, and helping resolve any issues. This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner
Provide detailed information about products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update accounts as needed
Continuously update your knowledge of products and services to assist customers better
Qualifications:
Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required
