Job : CX Senior Researcher

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST (Flexible)

Position Overview:

The CX Senior Researcher will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for our clients, members, and brokers. This position involves working closely with a team of designers, researchers, and analysts to gather and analyze user and business needs, and to support the development of new desktop and mobile designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture user and business needs.
• Facilitate biweekly testing readout sessions, present data, and capture feedback to improve user experience.
• Utilize existing research processes and archives to design new research.
• Critique work-in-progress with other UX researchers, designers, and developers.
• Lead and support various research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, prototype testing, A/B testing, card sorting, click testing).
• Advocate for the implementation of research findings within an Agile framework.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the health insurance industry.
• Strong quantitative research skills.
• Proficiency with MUIQ technology.
• Experience in facilitating and presenting data in group settings.
