POSITION SUMMARY:
Audax Group is seeking a skilled, detail-oriented Data Analyst Co-Op to join the Business Development team. The co-op will collaborate with the larger team to design, develop, and maintain data pipelines, ensure data quality and integrity, and contribute to the expansion of the firm's data warehouse following our CRM migration. Additionally, the co-op will play a key role in building reports, dashboards, and processes to support the team's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate not only has strong technical prowess, but is also a self-motivated team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in designing, maintaining, and scaling the Audax CRM/data ecosystem
Conduct data validation and quality assessments to ensure accuracy in our new CRM
Audit, identify, and articulate data anomalies following our CRM migration
Assist with implementation of data governance policies, including data cataloging and data lineage
Collaborate on projects and design processes that drive the strategic objectives of the Business Development team
TECHNOLOGY COMPETENCIES: Advanced in Excel
Proficiency in SQL and/or Snowflake
Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
Experience designing and implementing optimal data schemas a plus
Knowledge of/Experience with implementing best practices in data governance
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related field
Previous internship or co-op experience in an analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience manipulating large data sets, and cleaning/distilling these datasets
Excellent written and oral communication skills required
Ability to communicate in an efficient and meaningful way with all levels of the organization required
Location: Boston, MA. This position is in the office 3 days/week. These in-office requirements may be adjusted based on the needs of the business.
Hours: 40 hours/week
Date: July 2025 - December 2025
