As our Office Manager, you’ll be the heart of our practice, ensuring a smooth experience for both patients and our dedicated team. You’ll manage front-office operations, create a welcoming atmosphere, and support our team in providing the best possible care for every child who walks through our doors.

Key Qualities We're Looking For:

• A Positive, Friendly Personality – You’re approachable and can connect with kids, parents, and the team.
• Customer Service Experience – You have at least a year of experience creating excellent client experiences (bonus if it’s in a medical or dental office).
• Dental Background – Familiarity with the dental field is a must
• Strong Organizational Skills – You handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent Communication – You excel in both written and verbal communication, ensuring clarity and positivity in every interaction.
• Team Leadership – You love working in a team and supporting others to achieve their best.
