Dock Coordinator - $15/h Mile 9

• Shift 10:00pm -7:00pm

What will you be doing?

• Manages the shipping workflow and other warehouse operations.
• Assigns tasks and work orders to forklift operators.
• Maintains the daily shipping and receiving schedule.
• Collaborates with the warehouse supervisor and area lead.
• Works with the customer service team for daily shipments or to resolve any shipping issues.
• Coordinates with the yard jockey to place or remove trailers from the dock doors.
• Assigns dock doors to all carriers for loading/unloading of material.
• Updates the Load order system for progress visibility.
• Monitors the Yard Management system for any drivers waiting to be loaded.
• And most importantly to make sure to take photos of everything being loaded.
