Since launching over two decades ago, we have established multiple sales channels including our DTC websites and third-party marketplaces. We’re passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home decor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces.

Join our dynamic, rapidly growing team and contribute to our success in the competitive world of online retail. As a Ecommerce Channel Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our product listings, maintaining relationships with marketplaces, and driving sales.

Responsibilities

• Product Management : Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and optimized for maximum visibility.
• New Product Setup : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product data and efficiently upload new products.
• Marketplace Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplaces and agencies.
• Issue Resolution : Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product listings and orders.
• Performance Analysis : Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Content Management : Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions to enhance product reputation.
• Order Management : Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Special Projects : Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
• Experience with 3rd party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond) is preferred.
• Knowledge of fulfillment, operations, and inventory management is a plus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Salsify, Channel Advisor, or SPS Commerce is advantageous.
