BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

This company produces PCB Boards for Heavy Duty Printers. For example-printers that would be on a military base or military plane/tank etc. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Under minimal supervision, performs complex electro-mechanical assemblies in the form of sub-assemblies and final assembly product under a microscope.
• Assembles ultra-miniature assemblies.
• Operates standard shop equipment including solder iron, microscope, ultrasonic cleaner and ovens.
• Reworks improperly functioning units.
• Communicates with calibration department to assure accurate assembly and proper functioning of units.
• Performs continuous cross training to increase skills and knowledge.
• Solders miniature parts under a microscope for extended periods during the work shift.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be ITAR Compliant
• 3-5 years of Electro-mechanical assembly experience
• Must be able to read and understand engineering assembly drawings
• Advanced schematic reading and ability to trouble shoot assemblies
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Good hand and eye dexterity
• Good communication skills
• IPC-A-610 Certified
