Job Description:

We're looking for a reliable and hands-on Lab Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be helping make sure our products meet quality standards by testing materials, checking production samples, and supporting the team with troubleshooting. 

Responsibilities:

• Run basic tests on raw materials, in-progress products, and finished items to make sure they meet quality specs.
• Record test results and make sure all data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Keep an eye on lab equipment, making sure everything’s running smoothly and fixing minor issues when needed.
• Stick to safety guidelines and SOPs (standard operating procedures) when testing and using equipment.
• Help the team with product development by testing new materials and giving feedback.
• Keep track of lab supplies and let the team know when it’s time to order more.
• Work closely with production staff to help solve any quality control problems.
• Keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Help prepare reports for management and make sure we’re in line with any regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1-3 years of experience in a lab or manufacturing setting.
• Comfortable using basic lab equipment and following standard testing methods.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of safety rules and quality control processes.
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written).

Working Conditions:

• Work will be done in a manufacturing setting with direct interaction with production equipment and teams.
• Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn for safety.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience as a Lab Tech or related position.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Safety-conscious.
• Flexibility for overtime and weekend shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compounding or Chermistry background is desirable.
• Previous pre-treatment and/or Lab Tech experience recommended.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
