We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic and growing legal team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional who is passionate about estate planning and looking to make a significant impact in the lives of clients.
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
Providing expert advice to clients on matters related to probate, asset protection, and estate planning.
Handling all aspects of estate administration including probate and trust administration.
Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to implement comprehensive estate plans.
Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' estate plans and updating legal documents as necessary.
Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development of case strategies.
Participating in client meetings and consultations, providing clear and concise legal advice and guidance.
Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney or similar role.
Active membership in the state bar.
Profound knowledge of estate planning, probate, trusts, power of attorney, and asset protection.
Exceptional drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong research and report writing abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
