SuperGames is an innovative events company based outside of Columbus, Ohio, specializing in fun and interactive programs for groups of virtually any size. From Ziplines, Ninja Obstacles, Climbing Walls to Virtual Reality, Team Building, and Inflatables, we provide the most exciting activities and are constantly expanding our inventory to offer the best event service in the industry.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Event Coordinator role located in Columbus, OH at SuperGames. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing events, coordinating with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing event logistics.

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work public functions/events (evenings/weekends)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience with event coordination or hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

Essential Job Functions

  • Event logistics- preparation, setup, execution and breakdown of events
  • Lead and direct staff
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Decision making responsibilities
  • Ability to drive a truck and trailer

Physical Demands/ Work Environment

  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • Ability stand for several hours as needed at events
  • Travel local and up to 4 hours from office
  • Ability to remain poised, patient and calm in challenging and unique event situations

We Offer

  • 40+ hours per week with the opportunity for overtime
  • Starting Hourly rate $19 per hour
  • Hourly rate post training as Event Host $25 per hour
