Responsibilities:

- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience.
- Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume.
- Follow up with leads to increase sales.
- Develop new opportunities within specific geographies served by our team to ensure growth for our business.
- Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood.
- As a licensed real estate salesperson, you will utilize your knowledge of local real estate markets to aid individual clients, landlords, or developers in buying, selling, or renting residential or commercial properties. This includes providing world-class customer service to ensure client satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume. With support from management, you will oversee the entire transaction to ensure a quick and seamless experience.

Qualifications:

- A successful and proven sales history is preferred.
- Tech-savvy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written).
- Self-motivation and drive.
- New York State real estate license.
- Desire to build a meaningful career, rather than just get a job.
- Enterprising drive and motivation to succeed.
