Compensation:

$50,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire transaction process, managing contracts, deadlines, and documentation from initiation to closing.
  • Coordinate necessary inspections, appraisals, and repairs, ensuring timely and seamless progress.
  • Ensure all parties adhere to strict deadlines to prevent any transaction delays.
  • Maintain precise records, regularly update databases, track progress, and uphold strict compliance standards.
  • Skillfully negotiate repairs and contract terms to protect client interests and facilitate continuous transaction momentum.
  • Certify complete accuracy in all contract elements, including signatures, dates, and required disclosures.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Transaction Coordinator in real estate.
  • A real estate license is required. (Must be Full Broker).
  • In-depth knowledge of real estate contracts, forms, and disclosure requirements.
  • Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience with transaction management software and customer relationship management systems.
  • A customer-centric approach, ensuring professionalism and empathy in all client interactions.
