Job Description

Gpac has partnered with a Agriculture company in NW Kansas who is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to join their team. This pivotal role involves overseeing a large crew of employees, managing crop production, ordering, commodity storage, equipment logistics and maintenance, and contributing to the success of the farm. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled leader to join a dynamic and thriving organization. This position would require relocation to NW Kansas! Key Responsibilities: Direct and coordinate activities of farm employees, including planting and harvest. Assist in developing and implementing a crop production plan and schedule for the calendar year. Maintain and operate farm equipment to ensure efficient and effective operations. Communicate and propose new ideas and suggestions for improving profitability and efficiency of the farm. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or a related field is preferred. 5 years simular experience in agriculture management/Farm Operations Management is required Proficiency in operating farm equipment and knowing technology.
