Freelance Senior Project Manager (Immediate Need)

We’re looking for a freelance Senior Project Manager to join our team for a 3-month assignment, with the potential for extension. Reporting to the Executive Director, Project & Resource Management, you’ll play a key role in managing Creative, Media, and Event Activations, including high-volume asset trafficking and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage communication with internal teams, clients, partner agencies, and media/social media partners.
• Ensure the timely and accurate development of high-volume assets.
• Utilize project management tools (Smartsheet, Basecamp) to track progress, timelines, and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of creative and media processes.
• Experience in trade shows, travel/tourism, and/or event planning/event activations is a plus.
• Expertise in project management tools with the ability to work autonomously and accurately.
• Proficiency with various forms of technology and digital tools.
