Our client works with in-house skilled labor and a network of vendors and subcontractors to deliver projects for its 5,000+ clients in the US and Caribbean, including leading clubs, municipalities, hotels/resorts, colleges/universities, and many other verticals. Our client is a “platform” play in their industry and has access to capital to expand the business organically and through acquisitions.

The successful candidate will be based in the Tampa, FL area and lead/manage all aspects of the company’s projects, from preliminary stage (client visits, scope development, estimating, pricing, proposals) to planning (scheduling, purchasing) to production (site visits to confirm quality, performance/execution & safety) to project close out (punch lists, budget vs. actual reports, client satisfaction surveys). As GM, Construction Operations you will be responsible for safely and profitably delivering high quality projects locally and outside Florida.
