Minimum Requirements: Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills. 2+ years of relevant accounting experience. CPA preferred. Good understanding of GAAP. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems. SAP preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Education or Desired License and Certificates: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. Mater’s degree preferred. Reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring balances are accurate and discrepancies are identified and resolved. Review and maintain documentation to support accounting entries and ensure audit readiness. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, prepaids and adjustments. Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and validate financial data. Ensure compliance with relevant financial policies, procedures, and accounting standards. Support external and internal audits by preparing schedules and providing requested information. Analyze financial data and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner. Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as requested to support the finance and operation teams.
