With over 23 years of distinguished service to the insurance, government, and legal sectors, we specialize in conducting comprehensive surveillance and investigations pertaining to worker’s compensation, auto liability, general liability, and both long and short-term disability claims. Key Responsibilities Execute surveillance on various claims, ensuring thorough documentation and reporting of activities. Conduct activity checks and perform background investigations as required. Gather statements and carry out scene inspections to support investigative findings. Prepare detailed reports summarizing observations and outcomes. Required Skills A minimum of two years of surveillance experience. Proficient report writing and verbal communication abilities. Capacity to conduct both stationary and mobile surveillance across diverse environments, including those with higher security challenges. Familiarity with pretext investigations and a strong observational acumen. Qualifications An active Private Investigator License in Massachusetts is mandatory. At least two years of relevant investigative experience is essential. Demonstrated capability to operate effectively under pressure.
