Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter to help us rapidly source candidates for a Managing Director position. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact.

Project Fee:

You will receive a fee of $2,500 for each successful placement. This fee will be earned and payable upon the successful completion of a one-month evaluation period by your sourced candidates. If multiple candidates successfully complete the evaluation, your project fee will be multiplied accordingly (e.g., sourcing four successful candidates would earn you $10,000).

1-Month Evaluation:

The Managing Director is expected to successfully secure a $50,000 consulting engagement with a new client within their first 30 days. This will be executed as a short-term accelerated sprint, leveraging the candidate's existing network and relationships within the institutional investor (private equity and venture capital) industry.
