Job Description
Essential Duties:
Oversees the team of boiler installers and boiler/burner service techs
Oversees the coordination and organization of all boiler installation jobs to ensure effective and efficient scheduling
Completes preliminary walkthroughs and site visits to meticulously plan execution of boiler installations
Plans all work-related tasks and logistics for boiler installations to ensure effective and efficient completion of jobs
Answers technical/troubleshooting questions from the techs in the field and assists with their needs
Conducts intermittent site visits to ensure a smooth flow of work and to ensure work is done per code and manufacturer spec
Answers escalated matters with clients on an as-needed basis
Reviews technician notes and material lists to ensure accuracy
Reviews workmanship of technicians to ensure they meet company standards
Addresses all disciplinary issues with technicians on an as-needed basis
Steps into complete heating calls that the other teams cannot get to within the necessary timeframe
Ensure that all after-hours emergencies are covered daily
Other duties as assigned
