Description

Under the supervision of the Human Resource Director in accordance with established YMCA policies and procedures, the Onboarding Coordinator will play a crucial role in setting the tone for the new employees' experiences and ensuring they feel welcomed and prepared to succeed in their new positions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new hires. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing documentation and providing support to new employees as they transition into their roles. Works closely with Payroll Coordinator and Human Resources Director and will assist with payroll and HR functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• AP/AR, Payroll, Human Resources Experience preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Strong computer skills and advanced knowledge of HR software, Paycom, Daxko, Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Power Point
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills
