Responsibilities:

• Consistently generate new business opportunities by marketing and promoting theCompany on a full-time basis
• Establish customer rapport and identify needs
• Prepare and present customer solutions to satisfy problems and service expectations,including in-home sales presentations
• Manage proposals and KPIs to consistently close sales
• Maintain an active backlog of quotes to ensure goals are consistently achieved
• Promptly address customer concerns to assist with resolution and maintain positive, long-term relationships
• Perform Home Comfort System Evaluations
• Ensure timely response to all customer requests
• Represent the company at Home Shows, Costco stores, Lowes Home Improvementstores, and other networking events
• Market and promote TUDI Mechanical on a full-time basis
• Assume additional duties and responsibilities as delegated by TUDI Mechanicalmanagement

Job requirements

• 2-5 years of sales experience
• 2-5 years of Residential HVAC experience
• Strong interpersonal skills that will solidify prospect, customer, and business partnerrelationships
• Able to pass a drug testing/physical test
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid Drivers License (required)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
