IT Technician, Seasonal at Dorney Park summary:

As a Seasonal IT Technician at Dorney Park, you will assist with network administration, troubleshoot a variety of IT issues, and provide on-site support for computer systems and equipment. Your role will also involve installing, servicing, and upgrading hardware and software, while ensuring guest satisfaction through exceptional support. Overview:

$15/ Hour  

 

Joining our Dor n ey Park team means you’ll assist with network administration and use your knowledge to help troubleshoot a variety of issues.  

You’ll also...  

• Process user requests for reports and answer questions from users  

• Installs, Supports, and upgrades computer hardware and software  
• Experience in supporting: servers, storage systems, network equipment, PC or notebooks of brands like HPE, Dell, IBM  
• Provides on-site I.T. field support including installation, servicing , and repairing computer systems and equipment
