HVAC Journeyman Installer

Responsibilities

• Installation: Perform installations of HVAC systems in a commercial setting
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and installation manuals to ensure accurate and compliant installations
• System Testing: Test installed systems for proper functionality and ensure they meet safety and performance standards
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers to explain installation processes, answer questions, and provide exceptional service
• Site Preparation: Prepare installation sites by measuring, cutting, and assembling materials as needed
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the installation process
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, materials used, and customer interactions
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience as a Mechanical Journeyman Installer in HVAC
• Licensing: Valid Journeyman license and EPA Card
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical equipment
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer Service: Strong communication and customer service skills
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various conditions, handle physically demanding tasks, and lift heavy equipment
