Job Responsibilities - Utilize tools like GenRocket and Informatica to generate artificial and de-identified test data. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand and fulfill data requirements for various projects. - Aid in incremental data refreshes and enterprise-wide data refresh initiatives. - Employ de-identification, obfuscation, artificial and database virtualization techniques to cleanse, organize, and transform data into compliant test data. - Develop new capabilities such as the movement of specific, integrated data throughout the Humana ecosystem. - Contribute to the creation of solutions from strategies formed by leadership, ensuring alignment with the Test Data Management strategies. - Profile applications to identify sensitive data and make informed decisions on data handling to streamline stakeholder review processes.
