_Please note- The annual base salary range is $55k to $65k. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things. Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.
* Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, coping strategies, and resources available for support.
* Stay current with best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.
* Adhere to all ethical guidelines and standards of practice set forth by relevant regulatory bodies.

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in Counseling.
* Active and unrestricted LMHC license in New York.
* Proven experience in mental health counseling, with a strong understanding of therapeutic modalities.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Knowledge of substance abuse and opioid treatment.
