Do you want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living with mental health challenges?

We're seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Practitioners to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams. In this impactful role, you'll provide vital support to individuals in their homes and communities, helping them achieve their recovery goals.

What You'll Do:

Provide direct clinical services: Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy and support to individuals with mental health conditions.
Build strong relationships: Connect with clients in their homes, at work, and in the community to build trusting relationships and provide ongoing support.
Collaborate with a team: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and peer specialists, to provide comprehensive care.
Advocate for clients: Assist clients in accessing resources, navigating the healthcare system, and overcoming barriers to recovery.
Engage in crisis intervention: Respond to urgent needs and provide support during times of crisis.
What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or a related field.
2,000 hours of supervised experience working with individuals with mental illness.
Passion for helping others and a strong commitment to person-centered care.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
