We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated MEP Director to join our team. This role is crucial to our organization as it involves overseeing all MEP operations within our company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction, specifically in managing MEP services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of professionals, manage complex projects, and make a significant impact on the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the planning and execution of all MEP projects, ensuring the delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Lead and manage the MEP team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
3. Develop and implement MEP strategies and plans in line with the company's objectives.
4. Coordinate with other departments, clients, and stakeholders for efficient project execution.
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant MEP codes and regulations.
6. Utilize BIM Design and VDC experience to optimize project outcomes.
7. Manage project risks, including mitigation plans and strategies.
8. Conduct regular project reviews and report on the status of MEP projects.
9. Ensure the team adheres to health and safety regulations.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MEP services.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
2. PE License Preferred, LEED & ASHE CHC also preferred but not required
2. A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing MEP services in the construction industry.
3. Proficient in BIM Design and VDC.
4. In-depth knowledge of CSI Codes and MEP Codes.
5. Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
9. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
10. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
